Use of this web site indicates that you fully understand and agree to the terms & conditions set forth in this document ("Terms & Conditions"). By signing-up and creating an account on this or any other Easy Freebie web site you are certifying that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the methods through which free items are earned. Easy Freebie websites operated under the Easy Freebie brand are contingent upon the Customer completing an offer, and referring a certain number of friends who must each also complete an offer. We reserve the right to change the requirements necessary to receive a free item, including the number of referrals required to get approved for that item. We also reserve the right to add or remove any products listed as an incentive at any time. In the event that we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value.

In addition to the above we also reserve the right to discontinue any of our web sites at any time without notice. In the event that we discontinue one or more of our web sites, we will make every reasonable effort to provide our members with sufficient advance notice and reserve the right to determine if we will or not we will decide to offer reimbursement for any amount of site completion that can no longer be rewarded due to the discontinuation of that website.

If you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, your right to use this site will terminate automatically. Furthermore, in consideration of your use of the site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from using this site under the laws of the United Kingdom .

Additional Terms

1. All users must be 18 or over.
2. All users must reside in the United Kingdom. Addresses not in the United Kingdom will not have items shipped to them.
3. Items will not be shipped to PO Boxes.
4. All users must provide accurate information about their identity to the Easy Freebie Network and all subsidiary websites.
5. Users shall not use another person's identity to sign up to any Easy Freebie sites - You may not sign up for another person.
6. There may not more than one account per household or per person on each Easy Freebie site. A household includes but is not limited to your mailing address and IP address.
7. Be advised that joining a site on the Easy Freebie Network from a shared internet connection such as those available at schools, places of business or public facilities may result in you having the same IP address as another member and can be considered creating a duplicate account which may, at our sole discretion, result in disqualification of your account. You are advised to use your own personal Internet connection when joining our web sites.
8. Users may not have multiple accounts at multiple shipping addresses or IP addresses on the same Easy Freebie website.
9. You may not use multiple addresses to receive free gifts or use multiple computers, internet service providers or IP addresses to create multiple accounts.
10. Referral credits cannot be transferred between accounts on the Easy Freebie Network.
11. Users are responsible for the security of their own account. Users should not share their account information with others and they are responsible for keeping their password secure. Easy Freebie is not liable for any lose due to the theft or misuse of your account or the information contained within it.
12. Ownership of an account may not be transferred to another person.
13. Any user who has their account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the Easy Freebie website.
14. To have your account deactivated please post a support ticket via your account or send an email with account information to admin@easyfreebie.co.uk.
15. Any unauthorized use or entry into a site on the Easy Freebie Network is illegal and is punishable by law. The violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for Easy Freebie to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law as well as to place any accounts created by the offender on hold.

Completion of Offers

1. Users will only receive credit for first time completion of an offer. If you have previously completed an offer elsewhere, you cannot receive credit for completing that same offer again. Completing the same offer more than once via any single or any combination of Easy Freebie Websites will result in your account being placed on hold.
2. In order to receive credit for completing an offer, you must use the same email address that you used to register on the Easy Freebie website with. You must also ensure that your browser settings are configured to accept all cookies and that you are not running any software that could block the cookies or URL variables required for tracking the completion of offers.
3. Users may only complete offers under their own account.
4. Offers must be completed by clicking the offer link provided on each Easy Freebie website. You may not go directly to the URL provided on the website by pasting or typing it into your browser or through other means which allows you to access the offer provider's website without clicking the link from an Easy Freebie website.
5. We recommend that you take screenshots during the key parts of offer completion for use in the event of 'No Offer Credit'.
6. All disputes regarding offer credit should be taken up via the support ticket system; screenshot evidence of offer completion will be required so that the claim can be brought to the attention of the offer provider.
7. Easy Freebie does not guarantee that you will receive credit for completing an offer. We reserve the right to refuse crediting you for the completion of an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, and/or history of manual credits.
8. We are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive offer credit. The time it takes to receive credit varies greatly dependant on the service provided by each offer.
9. You are responsible for keeping all emails you receive from offer providers regarding the completion of their offers. Manual credit will not be given without a confirmation email. A confirmation email is an email that a user receives from an offer provider after their offer requirements have been fully satisfied. However, presenting a confirmation email does not guarantee that a user will receive credit.
10. Before reporting 'No Offer Credit' users should ensure they have met all of the requirements stipulated by the offer provider and should verify that he or she has waited the appropriate amount of time for offer completion.

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. We are not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of the offer provider websites or offers on our website. We make an effort to screen our offers to ensure the best possible experience for our users. However, we are not responsible for any ensuing charges or contracts incurred between yourself and an offer provider. Users should carefully read the requirements, terms and conditions, privacy policy and billing information for each offer.
2. All Users complete offers at their own risk. We are not responsible for services or products associated with our offer providers. If there is a complaint about services or products received from an offer provider, Users should directly contact the offer provider in question.

Terms Regarding Receiving a Free Gift

• To receive a free gift from any of the Easy Freebie Network websites you must complete the following:
  1. 1 offer completed legitimately which is approved and credited by the offer provider.
  2. Refer the required number of friends who then go onto completing the above step.
  3. The verification process performed by the Easy Freebie staff to ensure there is no evidence of fraud regarding your account.
  4. Confirm your mailing address by clicking the order button.
• We will only give credit for referrals who sign up under the referral link provided to you by our web sites. Whilst the scripting of the site is designed to ensure that your Referral ID is stored as a cookie until the registration process is completed, some applications can remove the tracking segment of the URL, you assume this risk.

• Upon completion of any Easy Freebie Website (pending evidence of received gift) the users account will then have the credits 'spent' revoked (with all spare credits carried over) the user can then continue onto completing the site again.
• The Easy Freebie Network does not guarantee the receipt of any product regardless of offers completed or referrals. All Users are subject to our fraud verification process before receiving any gifts.
• We will take measures to ensure a timely receipt of product, but cannot guarantee the availability of the product nor give an accurate estimation of expected delivery date.
• All orders are mailed to the address specified when the product is ordered. It is the User's responsibility to make sure this address is correct. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to, but not limited to: incorrect entry of address by user, theft, erroneous delivery, mishandling during packaging or delivery.
• If a User does not receive a product, and has waited over 20 days from the time the gift was shipped, They should contact Easy Freebie and confirm that their shipping address was correct. In the event that the gift was lost, Easy Freebie will take reasonable effort to replace it if necessary.
• A user may only cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Cancellation requests can be made via the order tracking page (available from the Account Status page).
• We are not responsible for the availability of a product. In cases of discontinued products, the user will be allowed to select a different product of equal value from the same website.

Referral Terms

1. We reserve the right to screen all referrals for signs of fraud and in our sole discretion, to determine which referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind this decision in order to protect our verification methods.
2. If we suspect a user of fraud, their account will be placed on hold and made null and void. All efforts to receive a free gift are non-transferable. This includes all referrals and offer completions.

Returns Policy

1. The Easy Freebie Network does not guarantee any product you receive.
2. In the rare case of the wrong gift having been shipped, we will do our best to replace the gift.
3. In the event your gift is defective you should consult the warranty that came with the gift (if any) and consult the manufacturer/vendor of the gift for more information.
4. Gifts received from Easy Freebie are none-exchangeable.

Terms Regarding Placing Accounts on Hold

1. We reserve the right to place a User's account on hold at any time for any reason, without notice.
2. We are not responsible for notifying a User about his or her account being placed on hold.
3. Users will not receive any reimbursement for offer credits or referrals accumulated prior to being placed on hold.
4. If a User feels that he or she has been disqualified in error (i.e. has not acted against the terms of the Easy Freebie Network), he or she may contact us via our support ticket system.
5. We are not obligated to fully disclose the reasons for a disqualification if doing so may compromise our fraud detection methods.
6. We reserve the right to place a user's account on hold after they have gotten credit for a free item, and even after ordering and receiving a free item. We also hold the right to follow up legally on fraudulent activities.
7. In addition to the right to placing accounts on hold, we also reserve the right to block any email address and IP addresses from registering on the site.

Common Reasons Your Account May be Placed on Hold:

1. Multiple accounts.
2. Fraudulent referrals.
3. Negative feedback from any of our offer providers.
4. Offers being immediately canceled.
5. More than one account at the same shipping address.
6. Sending your referral link to others in an unsolicited or excessive manner (this includes but is not limited to: email, instant messages or chat rooms) or posting your referral link in newsgroups or online forums where not expressly allowed.
7. Posting information on a web site, forum, or auction relating to canceling offers, including cancellation phone numbers, cancellation time frames, and any encouragement or direction to cancel the offers after signing up with them.
8. The use of any software, hardware, service or technique to hide or disguise your identity or IP address is not allowed. This includes the use of any proxy server/service which is not part of your internet service provider. Furthermore, using an internet service provider whose purpose is to provide anonymous internet access is not allowed.
9. Purchasing a domain name with the sole intent and purpose of automatically redirecting (URL Masking / Redirecting) visitor traffic to any one of our Easy Freebie websites that includes a user's associated referral link without the visitors' knowledge. (i.e. not explicitly stating on the website of purchased domain name that a visitor who signs up for an account will become an existing user's referral and therefore help him/her with achieving their free product)

Easy Freebie Network Terms Regarding Website Content

1. General Provisions

1. Enforcement/ Choice of Law/ Choice of Forum. Every provision of these Terms and Conditions will be construed, to the extent possible, so as to be valid and enforceable. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions so construed is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will, to the extent so held, be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions, the website, your use thereof, or the content (collectively, "Disputes") are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with English law, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any Dispute will be held in an English court situated within the United Kingdom , and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for that purpose.
2. Entire Agreement/No Waiver. These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver by the Easy Freebie Network of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
3. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be correct or current. Easy Freebie reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the content at any time without prior notice.
